Bishop of Parramatta recognises student excellence
Each year, one Year 12 student in every Catholic secondary school in the Diocese of Parramatta is awarded the Bishop of Parramatta Award for Student Excellence. This prestigious award is nominated by the school principal and recognises a student’s witness to their Catholic faith and outstanding contribution to the school community in areas such as academic excellence, sporting achievement, creative and performing arts, social justice, vocational education and community involvement.

Medieval Day On Friday, Year 8 participated in Medieval Day. Presenters Ben (Jester) and Diana (Weapons) informed and entertained our students. They also learned about heraldry and family crests from their teachers. The girls dressed up in interesting medieval costumes. A fun day was had by all!

Peer Support 2024 Peer support is well underway, and our leaders are doing a fantastic job with the Year 7 students! Our current topic is "Working Through Conflict," where we engage in various scenarios to learn about resilience and coping strategies in challenging situations. We're excited for our Peer Support Picnic next term and look forward to more great learning experiences together! Ms Meduri Peer Support Coordinator.

National Computer Science School Challenge Congratulations to the 30 students from years 7-11 who, over the last five weeks, have completed the NCSS Challenge. Over the years this program has become very popular, with many students participating every year, challenging themselves to improve their skills.

Rotary Club of Holroyd Presentation Last Monday evening students who attended The RYPEN camp and the Model United Nations Assembly (MUNA) Competition, were invited to attend the Holroyd Rotary Club meeting. This opportunity enabled the girls to speak confidently and enthusiastically about their enriching experiences and also to thank the wonderful members of the Rotary Club of Holroyd who sponsored and supported the girls in their adventures. For their efforts, the girls were given a book to sign, which will be presented on their behalf to a local primary school ..enriching the lives of others! Congratulations to all the girls who attended the evening and represented their school so well!#rotaryholroyd
